Yao Guai:\r
Yao guai are a species of mutated American black bears. These creatures are found in the Capital Wasteland, Zion Canyon, and the Commonwealth. They are aggressive towards you unless you possess the animal friend perk, in which case they will fight with you. Yao Guai are more muscular than their American Black Bear equivalent, though they lack most of the fur, have many rotted patches on their skin and their eyes are milky white. I am of the opinion that Yao Guai are the bear equivalent of ghouls. One of the best cases for this is how long they live. In point lookout, the unique Yao Guai Ruzka can be found, with posters from before the war showing that it was a performing bear. This means that they can have a lifespan of centuries, similar to ghouls. We also take a look at Ghost of She. This is another unique Yao Guai that can be found in Honest Hearts. It is on fire and can make clones of itself, but as you will see, there may be more to it that meets the eye.\r
