The U.S. has officially launched an investigation into an ambush that left 4 U.S. soldiers dead in Niger. The Defense Department will look to uncover what happened when 50 ISIS-affiliated fighters ambushed the soldiers and their team. Team members who were on the ground are being interviewed, while preliminary findings are expected to be established at the end of the week.
