Recipe for Chicken and Rice in my Cooks Essentials Electric Pressure Cooker

I love my Cooks Essentials Pressure Cooker and this Chicken and Rice was perfectly made in it. The rice was cooked to perfection and the flavors of the chicken along with the spices and onions was so good we couldnt stop eating it.
