1 box of elbows\r
8 tablespoons of butter\r
1.5 cups half and half\r
2 eggs beaten slightly\r
8oz velvet a cheese.(a must)\r
1bag(2cups) of sharp cheese\r
1bag(2cups) of mozzarella cheese\r
Couple of slices of Muenster cheese (enough to cover)\r
Ok.\r
Almost cook the ziti then drain and put back in pot on low\r
Add 8oz of velvet a\r
1cup of the other cheeses each\r
Add egg\r
Add half and half slowly while stirring.mix well\r
Spray pan and transfer\r
Add Muenster cheese 1st on top\r
1 of mozzarella cover top\r
Finally 1 cup of sharp..cover top\r
350 for 30 min.
