Marawi (Philippines), Oct 16 (EFE/EPA) - The Philippines Monday confirmed the death of Isnilon Hapilon, emir of the Islamic State terror group, in Southeast Asia, in clashes between soldiers and insurgents in the southern city of Marawi, which was partially captured by Islamists in May.
