In December of new, nine Wilton-Lyndeborough Cooperative High School students decided to find out what really goes on behind the scenes in a candy store. This documentary reveals what they learned as they interviewed Doug Nelson, third-generation candy maker and proprietor of Nelsons Candies in Wilton, NH. Doug spilled the beans (or corn syrup as the case may be) while he demonstrated the making of Salt Water Kisses (Nelsons special Salt Water Taffy).
