Inside Out Frozen Elsa Joy Yellow Toy Makeover. Paint your own Disney Elsa Face Styling Head in Yellow and make it Glow in the Dark. This is a makeover of a plastic Disney Elsa Styling Head Toy using fluorescent yellow paint to paint on the plastic toy and we add a blue wig and give it a trim to make Elsa look like Joy.
