Paolo Duterte: Allegations against me are ‘baseless,’ ‘hearsay’

Appearing before the Senate probe on alleged corruption in the Bureau of Customs (BOC), Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte said he would not answer allegations “based on hearsay.”
