I suggest unscented products or products designed for sensitive skin. the formula wont be to harsh for the V. also, wipe front to back to prevent spreading beria. there is a such thing as good beria so dont overdue it. WATER IS BEST. feel free to keep the V trimmed as beria grows in hair (trimming is preference) do what you prefer.\r

I dont use hair removal creams. any product that can dissolve the hair on my skin, i just prefer not to use it. =)\r

Im just going to say this. spread your cheeks and scrub your behind girl! i prefer a cloth for this part. or just feminine wash on my hands. massage the area, going all the way to the back (the crack) \r

THE BEST WAY TO WIPE:\r

Always wipe from front to back after using the bathroom. Doing it the opposite way increases the chances of beria from your butt region moving to your vaginal region, which can cause a urinary tr infection. Wipe the same way for washing and showering. Try to wash your hands before using the toilet or at least before wiping (especially in public). your hands are exposed to a lot of beria so washing your hands can avoid passing germs from your hands to your genital region as well.\r

~Clean your ears. I use alcohol and a cotton ball.\r
~I dont sleep in my bras. humans sweat in there sleep. its like sleeping in your clothes. you wouldnt just put on your outfit and go to bed so dont just sleep in your bra.if you do, change it in the morning =) keep them washed when they start to smell.\r

also, when picking out underwear, make sure they have a cotton seat or lining. its best for your pH and preventing bad odors or infections.\r
