The iconic buildings housing the seat of India's power -- the North and South Block -- on the famous Raisina Hills in Lutyen's Delhi got a permanent makeover on Wednesday with a facade of dynamic LED lighting -- a visual treat much on the lines of world historic sites like the London Bridge, the Eiffel Tower in Paris and the Sydney Opera House.
