Footage has emerged of a man being refused shelter in the Department of Education's underground car park during Durban storm.
The driver took refuge as his car was damaged by the storm striking Durban on Tuesday 10th of October. Soon, a security guard arrived telling them to leave the place while the storm was incredibly strong outside.
"You want us to die like this?" the driver retorted, upset by the situation.
He managed to his car in the car park in the end as it was impossible to go out.
