Here am using Pomfret Fish to make fish curry. This Spicy Fish Curry is cook along with coconut and all spices. Village Style Fish Curry (Gramathu Meen Kulambu) is very popular in South India. I am going to prepare one of that kind and I am very happy to share this recipe.\r
To prepare okra curry: Wash the okra, dry thoroughly and then slice and fry in a small amount of oil (may be 2 tsp.). Fry them in a medium heat for about 3-5 minutes (add salt and 1 tsp. of Lemon Juice), it helps to cut down on the slime. Take it out from the pan and set aside while you prepare the rest of the dish. Add the okra back in at the very end.Add the fried okra once the gravy is ready and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Similarly to eggplant curry but we dont need to fry them, we can just drop into the gravy as raw.. :) U can also add few chopped potatoes into the gravy along with okra or eggplant.\r
TIPS: Cooking time for eggplant is differ; cook them for about 5-6 minutes (because we are adding them raw).\r
