In the political and administrative corridors of the country, once again the discussion has started that the Lok Sabha and the assembly elections can be held simultaneously. This discussion started after the statement of election commissioner OP Rawat in which he said that the Election Commission of India can make assembly and Lok Sabha elections simultaneously by September next year.
