Woman Claims Son Assaulted by Police Officer is Not Getting Proper Medical Care

A California woman is saying her son, who sustained broken bones and extreme swelling sustained during an arrest, is not getting the medical attention he needs. The officer involved in the arrest has been arrested for excessive use of force.
