Ron was fantastic. I was looking to purchase a home as a first-time buyer and had so many questions and worries. Ron was able to share his professional insight based on years of working and inspecting home, pointing out what are big ticket items and what are smaller issues that require normal maintenance. He sent an excellent report and outlined all the issues and things to keep an eye on. I was able to make an informed decision on the property purchase, deciding to not move forward. I will likely use Ron again for inspection as I continue to search for new home.
