In this video we will show you how to make a tutu or ballerina skirt for your doll. I made all the tutus using elastic and tulle so that should be easy for you guys to find. I also added a few decorative elements like pearls, bows,glitter,flowers and even snowflakes. This project is very easy and it can be made for any doll. I am using an 18 inch American girl doll, a barbie, monster high,my little pony and ever after high dolls as models. \r
