You need to have an unlocked bootloader on your Nexus! To do so follow these steps:\r

To unlock your bootloader plug your device into your pc \r
\r
Boot to your bootloader on the Nexus \r
\r
Open the UnrootNexus folder \r
\r
Right click on an empty space\r
\r
Open command window here \r
\r
Type: fastboot oem unlock \r
\r
On your Nexus you can choose yes and your bootloader will be unlocked and you can restore to the fory images ;)\r
