Just showing you how to cook a bone in half inch pork chop spicy style on the George Foreman Grill. Again just my own recipe no marination just Slap Ya Mama seasoning I called it sauce in the video sorry.and Frenchs yellow mustard rubbed on said pork chops. Poke through the pork chop on both sides to the plate with a household fork vigorously till you have done both sides. Preheat youre george foreman grill untill the light turns off.I dont know temps.. when then light turns off its ready..and you put foil down enough to cover the top and bottom parts of the grill as shown you can preform it before its hot unless you dont mind getting burned some :) I will do shirimp tomorrow.
