A man was caught on video shouting at two uniformed men for clamping his Perodua MyVi, which was allegedly parked illegally near a mall in Cheras.
The man can be heard challenging the officers to fight.
According to police, a Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) enforcement officer has lodged a police report over the matter.
