- five deck balusters\r

- cyanoacrylate glue (aka Krazy Glue)\r
- 1 1/2 yards of 72-inch-wide green felt\r
- spray adhesive\r
- 3-inch PVC pipe fitting (coupling, cap, or adapter)\r
- five composite wood balusters (such as Trex)\r
- outdoor welcome mat or artificial turf\r
- two 5-gallon buckets\r
