The Little King goes to a carnival sideshow and plays William Tell as he shoots objects off the heads of his subjects and gets into all kinds of mischief. The king has (mis)adventures with the merry-go-round and Ferris wheel, fat lady, sword-swallower, fire-eater, snake charmer, rubber band man, mind reader, dog-faced boy, acrobats, rides, shooting gallery, magician, boxing kangaroo, ventriloquist and more! The Little King gets in trouble and is chased around the tent, even getting involved in the high wire act.
