No mixer - No breadmaker - No knead - No proofing - And easy cleaning! My recipe for these mini bread rolls is unbelievably easy. They should be eaten warm & fresh out of the oven - buttery & crunchy outside, soft & fluffy & moist inside - super yummy!\r

This recipe makes just a small batch of 12 mini rolls. You can easily double the recipe if you like. \r

Ingredients:\r
210 g (1 & 2/3 cup) Plain Flour (All-purpose)\r
1 teaspoon Instant Yeast (Easy Bake yeast, Breadmaker machine yeast)\r
1/2 teaspoon Salt\r
1/2 teaspoon Sugar\r
140 ml/g (little over 1/2 cup) Lukewarm Water\r
Small amount of Vegetable Oil to grease spoon\r
Small pieces of Butter\r
For garlic cheese rolls: Garlic Puree, Dried Parsley, Cheddar Cheese
