Man Filed Lawsuit Over Alleged Jail Beating Weeks Before He Was Fatally Shot by Police

An Alabama man who was fatally shot by police after officers say he waved a gun at them had recently filed a lawsuit against the Madison County Sheriff over an alleged jail beating in 2015.
