Ingredients\r
- a couple of racks Baby Back ribs\r
- a dry rub of your choise\r
Sauce ingredients\r
- 5 cloves of garlic\r
- 2 onions chopped\r
- 1 bell pepper chopped\r
- 1200 gr. chopped can tomatoes\r
- 125 ml apple cider vinegar\r
- 150 gr agave syrup\r
- 3 tablespoons worchestershire sauce\r
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar\r
- 1 tblespoon salt (or to taste)\r
- Ground black pepper to taste\r

How to:\r
- Take the membrane of the ribs\r
- rub the ribs with olive oil\r
- Sprinkle on your favorite dry rub\r
- Place the ribs on your barbecue or smoker for 5 hours at 110 degrees Celsius or 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile.\r
- Saute the onion garlic and bell pepper for the sauce\r
- add the rest of the sauce ingredients\r
- Boil the sauce for 1 hour at least\r
- Serve the sauce hot on the side as a dipping sauce.\r
