Artist Aspires to Paint Largest Mural in the World on Apartment in Downtown Los Angeles

Southern California native and artist Robert Vargas is painting 60,000 square feet of a 12-story apartment building in downtown Los Angeles a feat he hopes will be the largest mural in the world painted by a single person.
