How To Root: \r

How To Backup App Data: Titanium Back Up (root required)\r
Just Use Titanium Back Up and the data will be backup to your external. Even if you use Darkside your data will NOT be erased! \r

How To Backup SMS Texts: SMS Backup & Restore (no root required) \r
Just tap backup and your text messages will be backup to your INTERNAL SD card. If you use Darkside Superwipe your data WILL be erased. Move that backup to your external SD card to be safe from Darkside Superwipe\r

How To Backup Conts: Go to your Conts App (no root required) Export your conts to your external SD card so you will be safe from Darkside Superwipe. \r
OR\r
You can sync your conts with your Google account so you can just sign back in and all of your conts will be back there. \r
