Dramatic footage has emerged from China of a lorry ablaze driving through a toll station to be helped by staff members.
In the CCTV video, shot in Lianyungang in Jiangsu Province on September 16, the empty cement lorry can be seen arriving at the toll station in flames and a cloud of smoke rising from the wheels.
After it stops, staff members use extinguishers to put out the fire.
The driver reportedly realised his tyres caught on fire.
As he worried that the fire would damage the road, he decided to drive to the next toll station to ask for help, local media said.
The fire was successfully put out and no one was injured.
