One love stricken man named Alexander from the Russian city of Biisk proved this to be an understatement when he gifted a bizarre birthday present for his girlfriend Elena. He ordered a commercial crane to drive out to her front yard and lift a truck out to her balcony window while the love bird was sitting inside.
