Pretzels recipe in grams :\r

- 280 gr All Purpose Flour\r
- 30 gr Sugar\r
- 7 gr Dry Yeast\r
- 3/4 tsp Salt\r
- 100 gr Warm Water\r
- 50 gr Warm Milk\r
- 20 gr Butter\r

Let the dough rise for about 1-2 hours. It just needs to double in size.\r

- Butter for when they come out of the oven.\r
\r
Water Bath:\r
\r
- Around 1 liter and a half of Hot Water ( You dont have to weigh it)\r
- 60 gr Baking Soda\r
\r

Soft Pretzel recipe in cups:\r

- 2 cups All Purpose Flour\r
- 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar\r
- 1 packet Dry Yeast\r
- 3/4 tsp Salt\r
- 1/2 cup Warm Water\r
- 3 tbsp Warm Milk\r
- 1 1/2 tbsp Butter\r

- Butter for when they come out of the oven.\r
