Cheetahs, like most animals and even humans labor best in a safe and secure envirnoment. This small space is ually an ideal location for Milani to give birth. There is one entrance for her to watch for danger and while she is most vulnerable shes able to feel safe while giving birth. \r

Another note; this small den is ually inside of a much larger covered space that she has full access to.\r
