Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome, or OSAS, is a sleeping disorder. In this animation we present the definition, symptoms and causes of OSAS. Interestingly, we also describe al the simple measures that can be done to relieve mild OSAS, and other treatment options for more severe OSAS, like CPAP.
