This is a beautiful unleavened flat Bread eaten in East Africa in Countries like Burundi Uganda,Mozambique, Kenya,.\r

This can be served with Curry stew but you can definitely serve this with your choice of sauce. \r

This bread is a popular street food in Uganda and it is called Rolex (rolled Eggs) because a specially fried egg is being Rolled together with the Chapati .\r

Ingredients\r
3 Cups all purpose flour(plus a little more flour for kneading)\r
1 Teaspoon of Salt\r
3 Tablespoons of oil\r
11/4 Cups of Water\r
Some physical strength(LOL)\r

You can use the mixer if you have one. It makes the whole process easier.\r
