Former senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. were having mixed feelings over the reported impending release from detention of his colleague, former senator Jinggoy Estrada, who, like him, was charged with plunder in relation to his alleged misuse of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF).
