Mother of 3 Disappears After Argument Over Sandy-Ravaged Home

Peter Brabazon says he thought his wife would be eager to move forward with renovations on their Sandy-ravaged home in New York two years ago but a disagreement over the location of a stairway prompted an "episode" and she mysteriously disappeared.
