Anna Faris is about to become an open book, and she’s sort of freaking out about it.
The actress prepares for her debut book, Unqualified, to hit shelves on Oct. 24, and now she’s not so sure that the whole world should read what she has to say.
According to Us Magazine, Anna candidly addressed the issue on her Unqualified podcast, saying “I feel really, really nervous because it feels intimate… I’m excited and when I first got the book deal, I though, ‘What a great adventure this is going to be,’ and now that it’s getting closer, I feel nervous in a sense that I’ve been able to always hide behind characters. And now it’s like, this is me. It feels a little scary.”
Although Anna has recently split from husband, Chris Pratt, he pens the book’s forward, and Us Magazine reports that it contains “Anna’s unique take on how to navigate the bizarre, chaotic, and worthwhile adventure of finding love.”
Anna reportedly jokes, “It definitely confirms that I have no idea what the f I’m talking about.”
Considering the popularity of her podcast, we’re guessing there are many who will want to read it and make that judgment themselves.
