2 Barbells Squat 302lb

Been a while since I've done these and MAN, the abs get hit hard as you tip the bars onto the shoulders!! Its a nice move for those with shoulder or wrist mobility issues. If you watch closely, you can see I am PULLING on the bars as I come up. It really is an interesting movement that makes you slow down and not use TOO MUCH weight.
