I'm using a damaged iphone 4 to take pictures and videos with, so sorry for the bad quality. I am extremely stressed, and my state of mind is broken right now, so I'm sorry if I am not good at public speaking.
I am located in southeast houston off 45 south and scarsdale. My street was devastated by the flooding from hurricane Harvey. My house personally flooded 9 inches, and I do not have flood insurance as the cost would have been 3,500 just for flood insurance (I could not afford it). Due to the high level of flooding in my house, it will need major rennovations to make it livable again, and I simply cannot afford it. My family will be in a homeless shelter if I do not raise enough money to fix my house. Anything helps, even a dollar. If you do not have the monetary means to help, please share this with others whom may be able to help. I have a wife and daughter to look after as well, so please, anything helps.
