Katy Perry and Taylor Swift did NOT perform at tonight’s MTV Video Music Awards which was rumored - although we kinda had a feeling that was NOT gonna happen. Especially considering Taylor Swift dropped her diss track about katy look what you made me do, and katy was no where NEAR the music video debut for look what you made me do - even though she was hosting the VMAs tonight.
