Ambulance Arrival Time Criticized After Lyft Driver Killed, Passenger Injured in Drive-by Shooting

Cleveland Police say it took over 20 minutes for an ambulance to arrive at the scene of a drive-by shooting where a Lyft driver was killed and passenger injured.
