President Trump is set to resume the surplus weapons program to police. The program was halted by Barack Obama two years ago. The administration will now provide local police with a surplus of equipment like caliber weapons and grenade launchers. It is believed Jeff Sessions will announce the news at the Fraternal Order of Police conference in Nashville Monday.
