The wait is finally over. Ousmane Dembélé has officially joined Barcelona on a permanent transfer from Borussia Dortmund.
Ever since Neymar moved to PSG it’s been the talk of the footballing world whom Barcelona would purchase to fill the Brazilian’s big shoes. Dembélé was certainly among the most desired candidates to come into the Barcelona squad.
Dembélé, despite being only 20, is the second most expensive transfer of all time and has massive expectations. Life could get stressful for the Frenchman, but the talent he’s displayed for the French national team and Borussia Dortmund make this move exciting and worth the wait for Barcelona fans.
