Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia launch joint anti-ISIS patrols

Southeast Asian neighbors Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines launched coordinated maritime patrols on Monday to intensify their fight against Islamic militants who have laid siege to the southern Philippine city of Marawi.
