Previous kidnapping case of Sta. Isabel brought up in Senate

PNP Chief Dir. Gen. Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa says SPO3 Ricky Sta. Isabel, the primary suspect in the kidnap-slay of Korean businessman Jee Ick-joo, was linked to another kidnapping incident but the case was dismissed.
