China to deepen ties with Philippines - Beijing spokesman

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson in a press briefing on Monday said that the China-Philippines relationship was improving and China is wiling to further expand and deepen the bilateral friendly cooperation between Manila and Beijing.
