Espinosa intentionally killed to spare cops, pols of charges—Espenido

Chief Inspector Jovie Espenido, chief of the Albuera Municipal Police, said that Albuera, Leyte, Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr. was intentionally killed to silence him and spare police officers and politicians of charges.
