North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-Ho repeats Kim Jong-Un's demand that the US withdraw its military forces from neighboring South Korea. Addressing the United Nations General Assembly, Ri Yong-Ho said North Korea "has made every possibly effort to prevent armed conflict".
