According to Sen. Leila de Lima, she has received "reliable" reports that inmates at the New Bilibid Prison are being taken by officers of Special Action Force to "overnight interrogation sessions" or psychological torture in an effort to fabricate testimonies that she has been receiving bribes from drug lords.
