A city jail in Manila is struggling to manage its operations because of over population. The Quezon City Jail, one of the most overcrowded prisons in the Philippines has a capacity to house 200 prisoners but there are now 3,700 detained inmates, the conditions are getting worse as police wage an unprecedented war on crime.
