Liberal Party standard-bearer Mar Roxas was mobbed by his fellow Capiznons as he went to a school here to cast his vote on Monday.
Roxas, his wife Korina and his team had a hard time entering the Rufina Andrada Memorial School at Barangay Poblacion V in Roxas City as supporters tried to greet and shake hands with their provincemate.
