Drunken Illegal Immigrant Caused Crash That Seriously Injured Boy, Prosecutors Say

Prosecutors say a drunken illegal immigrant was driving when he crashed into another car, seriously injuring a little boy, but defense attorneys say the immigrant was not behind the wheel.
